RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase; items must be new, unused, in their original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We only accept returns and exchanges of product purchased from Fresh Steals at freshsteals.com.
- All custom printed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Package must be post marked as being en route to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
To return your product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us and request a refund and an RMA# for use in sending the product back. Please include your order# with the request. Within 48 hours, you will receive an RMA#

After the merchandise has been received, a refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT: Please include your first & last name and email as indicated on your order, in addition to a copy of your original invoice inside the package. Failure to include this information may result in our inability to process your return.
Once your order is received & processed you will be notified by email & refunded to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to two weeks processing time for returns.
Free Offers/Giveaways: All "Free + Shipping" offers must be cancelled within the same day of order and are non-refundable once shipped.

Custom Printed Items are not eligible for refund or return.
Fresh Steals sells products to end-use consumers only, and we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect the products are being purchased for resale.
